I wanted to show an idea - the secret of the childhood.
Director Miyasaki Hayao's movie "My Neighbor Totoro" and "Spirited Away"
inspirated me to make this project.
The main characters in these two movies both have a secret when they were a child.
And those “secrets” give them the chance to learn something and to grow up.
I want my movie had a link with my childhood experience.
I think it will be interesting.
我在畢製裡頭當時最初的思考方向,是我想要做一個自己喜歡的故事,
所以當開始構思故事的時候,我便開始去尋找我小時候最有印象的東西,
這時候我想到了宮崎駿的"龍貓"和"神隱少女"
在這兩部作品中都包含了一個屬於孩童時期的秘密,
而這個秘密影響了主角,使他們懂事,然後成長
所以這是我想要表達的主題 - 童年的秘密
